Dual SIM on SM-G935T or Wi-Fi Calling on SM-G935F

Does anyone know if it is possible to enable the dual SIM capability on SM-G935T ?

If not, is it possible to enable Wi-Fi calling SM-G935F ? If I flash it with the T-Mobile USA ROM, would is be safe to assume that I would lose the dual SIM capability ?
